At the Deputy Registrar's office, just ask for one of these four plates: "OHIO PETS," "DOG FRIENDLY 1," "CAT FRIENDLY" OR "DOG FRIENDLY2." Alternatively, just visit Oplates.com and choose the option to replace your plate.

Ohio Pet Fund's Mission:
The Ohio Pet Fund is a fiscally responsible charitable group with a two-decade history of helping pets and their people In Ohio. In 2025, we have already granted over 99% of the funds received from license plate sales last year for spay-neuter. We are able to operate with low overhead and minimal bureaucracy because we have an all-volunteer board. Our mission is a home for every pet! Help us get there by promoting pet license plates.

In 2025, we were fortunate to be gifted with 2 grants for our spays and neuters!! Their grants have already fixed 65 cats here, and we just received news (Sept 2025) that we will receive a second grant in the next week!
